Volunteer Banner

To put on an event of this size requires a great deal of manpower and organization.  We, the Julian StarFest Committee, can only do so much, and we rely on volunteers to assist with all the functions required.  WE NEED YOUR HELP!

*Although we can't pay you for your services, we can make it worth your while.  If you are willing to volunteer for four hours of service, on either Friday or Saturday, you can camp for FREE.  If your spouse or teen want to volunteer as well, they can camp for free too.  Remember, this is three nights of camping for only four hours of service.

You're probably asking yourself "What kind of job would I be expected to do?"  The jobs that we need assistance with are: Parking Lot Direction, Star Party White Light Police, Camper Check-in, General Clean Up, General Public Assistance (public star party night). This year, we are going to allow job sign-ups.  *There is no guarantee we'll be able to accommodate all requests but will try.  We will have to assign un-requested jobs as needed.

* Pre-arranged/approved assignments are eligible for complimentary camping.

Please feel free to contact us by e-mail for more information or to submit your registration form electronically.

How to Register

So how do you sign up?  Contact us by e-mail for more information or to sign up.

If we get too many volunteer signups (not likely) you will be notified as soon as possible so that you can submit payment for your entrance.

We gratefully thank our 2015 volunteers
